Who has graduated from an ADN program in Southern California?

Published

Who out there received their ADN (or LVN to ADN) from a Southern California community college? I'm finally finished with my pre-reqs and I'm looking for SOMEONE who hasn't experienced the horror stories I've heard of year and a half waiting lists.

Also, if anyone knows of a good private school in Southern California that DOESN'T cost 50,000 bucks, I would like some info.

Thanks in advance.

I am in southern cal, but not in an ADN program. Have you looked into some of the Cal states, they are BSN programs but much times they are easier to get into and are pretty cheap. Mine maintains no waiting list and I got in first time.

That's be cool...but Cal State colleges require more in-depth General Education requirements. I'd be better off waiting than taking two more semesters of non-Nursing classes. But thanks for the tip anyway!
