Which route should I take....

I know lots of people come on this site asking the same question ADN or BSN. I have really good grades and I really want to get my BSN, but I'm not sure which route to take. I have the opportunity to start the program next fall if I decide to go the ADN route or I will have to wait another year if I decided to take the BSN route. The bachelor's degree program that I am applying for is very competitive (UNCG). I'm so scared that if I don't keep up with my grades in my year there I will not be accepted and I will feel like I wasted a year I could have used getting my ADN. Please give me some advice. I did tell myself If I get straight A's for the next 2 semester I would go the BSN route, but I'm just not sure if I will right now I have a 89.666 in Aandp2. I have 2 more test to bring my average up. I'm just so confused can someone that was in my predicament before please give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Oh hon, I'm struggling between those two routes too. I have a 4.0 right now, and I'm working hard to keep an A in microbiology. Both routes will get you where you need to be, but if you are worried about your grade, ADN is the safest route. I think you should still pursue a BSN after receiving your ADN later on, because more hospitals are prefering a BS now. If you decide to go directly into BSN, then I suggest you to keep your mind open, and apply to several schools. Your top choice can be UNCG, but you should also apply to at least 2 more nursing schools for backup plans.
