Which hospitals in New Jersey have the best New Grad nursing programs?

I want to work at a hospital that has a great New Grad Program....any ideas?

Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ has a pretty good new grad program. New RN's go through an 8-week orientation that begins on a med-surg floor, just to introduce you to general policies and procedures. Then you will go on to your respective unit and begin the rest of your orientation with a preceptor. You will begin with one patient and slowly every week add one more. So theoretically speaking by the end of your orientation you should be able to handle 8 patients. But normal ration is 6 to 1 or 7 to 1.

At Overlook Hospital I can only speak for ICU and that is typically a 3-4 month orientation and they guide you through MICU, SICU, and Neuro ICU.
