Where should I work as a new grad in Memphis/Germantown, TN?

Hey there! My husband and I are going to Memphis, TN this Summer because he got into dental school at UTHSC. Does anyone have any recommendations for where to work in the Memphis or Germantown area as a new grad? Any places that should be avoided?
