Hey everyone, I'm currently in a cna class right now, and I'm just curious..when should I start looking for a job/filling out applications? Should I wait until after I pass the class and the state exam? Or should I start looking before I take the state exam? Any information would be great!

It never hurts to get a head start!
You don't necessarily have to wait until after the state exam, but don't start more than a few weeks before, either. Facilities may not want to hold open a position for you if they know you will not be certified for another month, etc., and may prefer to hire someone right away.
I received a job offer 1 week before testing, contingent upon me passing the state exam. It gave me much more incentive to study. :)
Thanks for the advice! :)
