ahhhhh! im really interested in working either at NYP or MSKCC and want to get on the ball already with applying. im making my move in march from here in TX and i dont know when i should start the application process! im still not even sure which hospital is best for me, but ive finally narrowed it down to those 2. maybe any of you out there can help me decide? i can do all the research in the world, but there's nothing better than getting the info here! :yeah:

what is the starting salary for BSN-RN's with a year experience for both hosps? is it hard to get hired? do they conduct interviews? should i start applying now? should i call them and let them know im extremely interested???? what are their benefits? do they provide housing??? or help with housing??
