whats it like at good samaritan medical center and/or wellington regional center?

Could anyone tell me hows its like working at Good Samaritan medical center or wellington regional. Is it good for a new nurse? I'm wondering as I will be working with a preceptor on the medsurg floor in one of these hospitals.
