What Would A Doctor Most Likely Do?

U.S.A. Oregon

My friend and I were talking about scenarios that could be maybe scene in a hospital. She asked me one and I didn't know how to answer it. So I'm going to run it by all you guys and see what you all say. This scenario would take place in OR, that's why I posted it here.

Here it go's.

A 24 year old women brought into the ED because she had two or so seizure shopping with her husband. Her eyes are dilated, lost incontinence heart rate is fast, she is still in her post-ictal stage but is kinda awake-ish but still pretty out of it and she is in respiratory depression.

The little town doesn't have a hospital but has a urgent care center were they bring all there patients and if they need to be transported they would go to the closest hospital that is a 1/2hr away. There is a doctor in the urgent care center and this women does see a doctor for her seizures regularly and takes two AED's.

what would be the average thing a doctor would do? I know every hospital and doctor is different and have different protocols.

Would he inturbate her because she is in respiratory depression and do it for a precaution, and give her IV AED'S in her IV then ship her to the hospital? That is what I think would happen. What about you?
