I am just beginning my school journey in nursing. I have completed one year of my BsN. So I am not very skilled wishing the field yet, nor do I know what type of research is in the scope of nursing. I hope one day to pursue my dream of obtaining a PhD in nursing. However, I really want to learn what this entails and the responsibilities that come along with that title/knowledge.
I don't expect this journey will be an easy one but it is a dream. When it comes to obtaining my masters, I'm guessing an MsN would be better than Ms-NP? To help prepare for the rigour of an eventual doctorate.
I hope these aren't silly questions. I'm just curious and I truly believe in the saying "knowledge is power". Thank you for your time 😊
