For everyone that either attends TWU or starting this fall but already living in Ft. Worth area, tell us about campus. I am starting there this fall but I have never been there to see it for my own eyes. My satellite interveiwed in our hometown. Anyway, a description of the facitilites (workout center, anesthesia building, lecture halls) and surrounding area would be nice. I have heard the school is situated in a shady part of downtown Ft. Worth. Anybody seen the new graduate housing. I will see it in about 2 weks but I can't wait Thanks for any info!!

TWU is definitely in the hood. No doubt. The workout facilities as far as the weight room is garbage at best. The anesthesia building is state of the art and really nice; big auditorium and we have two simulation mannequins instead of one the class had last year, so more clinical time. The new student apartments look pretty good from the outside (I'm staying there too) and you can move in next friday. Its a 2 minute walk to class, right across the street practicallly. All our classes are in the anesthesia building so you don't really have to worry about the rest of the campus; except maybe the library which looks nice. Bookstore is kinda small but its nice and all the first semester books are in. That's pretty much it I guess. See you in a couple of weeks. PM me if you have anything else.

DLC,
And the rest who are going to start this Fall,
I would like to welcome all of you. You will like Wesleyan as I have. Enjoy the first week of class. Get to know some friends and if you like group study, start forming one.
Since you are staying in the new grad housing, you will find yourself spending a lot of your time in the Library. Get use to it. A lot of my classmates spent most of their time in the Library. You can also use the anesthesia building to study.
Everyone is nice here. You'll see.
If you need anything, PM me or any TWU students.
