What do you think about your nursing school curriculum?

Published

Hey Everyone,

My nursing school is currently considering a total overhaul of the curriculum in the next few years. I was just wondering what everyone really likes and dislikes about their curriculum in the BSN programs. In particular, what does your program look like over the 4 years? Does everyone take microbiology, chemistry, A&P, etc? What would you think if physical assessment, pharmacology, pathophysiology and A&P were combined into a continuous course over 3 semesters?

All opinions are really helpful!!

Thanks!

i am a little dissapointed in my schools curriculum. I feel like spend more time writing papers than i do studying and practicing my nursing skills.

I like my curriculum. I think (so far) everything's been great. Nothing like the scary stories I read here sometimes!

We're a 4-year BSN program.
