Why is it that usually LPN's ask this questions? I have not seen an RN ask this? The bottom line is WE ARE ALL NURSES!!!. I love LPNs. I loved my self as one for six years. But, I love myself as an RN equally as much in the last seven years!

:roll :roll my grandkids think i'm a 'money tree'.

i'm an rn - and i'm becoming a little paranoid about it. just started working at a new ltcf - and when i introduce myself to anyone new there, that's the first question they ask. am i an rn or lpn? what's the deal - we all do the same job.

even this maintenance guy who came in the other morning to do a fire drill - he pulled me aside later to ask whether i was an rn?! i'm beginning to wonder why everyone wants to know, and i'm not going to answer anymore until they tell me why they're asking.
