What is statistical psychology?

This is a class required for the BSN curriculum. I'm currently in the AD program, but will soon have all my pre-requisites out of the way to begin my RN to BSN program. This class is the one that scares me! I've heard nothing but bad, bad things... it's hard, it's impossible to pass and take other classes at the same time, etc. Can someone please tell me what to expect?

Also, I was thinking of taking statistical psych during this summer (when I cannot take clinicals for AD) along with British literature and nutrition for the 6 week session. What do you think, too much too short?
