I'm not a nurse, but I work with many nursing students on a community college campus, and I'm always looking for ways, big and small, to support students and make their time in the program a little more bearable.
I know this is a rather general question, but as a new nurse looking back at your education, is there anything that stood out that helped you along the way in nursing school? Or anything that you wish the school had done or provided? It can be simple, like provide coffee or snacks, or bigger like counseling services / mentoring etc.
Thank you so much for your help!
