What schools start transfer students as Juniors?

I was accepted into a program as a transfer but they begin clinicals sophomore year regardless of how many credits you have etc. I find this extremely frustrating but it is just the way it is, I know this.

After speaking to other girls at my current school we are trying to come up with a list of schools that allow you transfer in as a Junior not a sophomore. (In PA/NJ/NY)

We are mainly focused on PA but it would be good to know surrounding areas as well. Any school you can think of in the area please post! If any info I posted is incorrect please correct me! So far this is what we know:

Drexel: Sophomore

Villanova: Sophomore

Jeff: Junior

Gwynedd Mercy: Sophomore
