I am curious about the role of the clinical instructor. My clinical instructor doesn't do anything. She just sit at the staff lounge and does her work. I don't know what the work is. She never walks around and helps us doing some skills. Is it normal? Even though we are assigned to a nurse, I believe the instructor can teach us something. Just taking us to the clinical rotation is the role of the instructor? What are your clinical instructors do during the clinical rotation?
