i just posted another thread about hopes, dreams and fears, but forgot to ask about money !!! i looked all around the internet and all i find are huge ranges from not so great salaries and wonderful ones. i live in dallas, tx, and plan on getting an aas to get certified as a rn during the next few years. how much can i realistically expect to make out of school? i am still not sure of specialty, for now let's just say a rn in a decent hospital. i speak three languages fluently if that helps at all!!!
by the time you have your rn,pay rates might have change a bit,but right now the average new grad get between 21-23/hr within the metroplex, your multi lingualism might help you secure a job faster, but i doubt if it would help you with an additional dollar.hope this helps.
