What are the pro's and Cons of being a NICU nurse?

I go on this site almost everyday and some of the things I read are so depressing and turns me off from nursing :crying2: but in the end I still Know that I want/will become a NICU nurse:heartbeat. So I would Just like to ask what are the pros and cons of being a NICU nurse?
