What is the payrate of an LPN with no experience in NY?

I currently live in Southern California and I will be getting married later this year and my fiance is stationed in Fort Drum, NY... He said there's a town next to it named Watertown and I wanted to know what is the starting pay of a new LPN in that area? I actually have not taken my NCLEX here yet but will be soon and I will have to contact the board of nursing in New York about that, can anyone tell me what that also entails? I read on the site that I fill out a form and they'll give me something that will allow me to work in NY... I'm so confused! Can someone please help me :uhoh3:
