What is your New grad pay in Minnesota?

I just graduated with my ADN degree and taking the NCLEX in 2 months. In the meantime I wanted some advice. What was your New Grad pay in Minnesota?

If you recommend any specific hospital system I'd appreciate that as well. Thank you
