I would pursue both. Never know if one will fall through before you start on the floor. I would accept the first offer and go to second interview. If you get both offers, take them and see which one you get through all the paperwork, physical, testing, drug screen, etc. One never knows until you step onto the floor. Nothing worse than accepting a job, not pursuing other opportunities, and then the first offer is voided because they decide they do not need a new hire, or the budget gets cancelled or delayed. I do not like "Playing the field"....unfortunately employers do not any problems rescinding offers. In this tough market, keep your options open. Congrats and keep moving forward.

Hello everyone! So last Friday I had a wonderful interview for a position at a smaller hospital about 24 miles away from me. The manager was awesome, staff was nice, and I loved it. They have a full-time and PRN opening. A former classmate who works there PRN told me she heard good things about me, and that I should be getting a call soon.
Today I was called for an interview for a PRN L&D/MB position at huge teaching hospital in town. My interview is scheduled for next Tuesday.
My question is, what if the first hospital calls first, before my other interview? Advice please. I'm just extremely blessed to have the possibility of multiple interviews and offers for my dream job!
