There are many formulas nurses need to know which will include basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) some are more difficult to grasp than others. Nurses must also be keen when it comes to conversions (i.e. grams to miligrams etc).
The math you need to learn will not change depending on where you live.
Your age is listed as 16 so I'm assuming you're looking for a future career...please don't stop yourself from going for nursing if it's something you really want to do just for a fear of failing in math. You will have a math component in many of your classes, but they will teach you what you need to know.
In the meantime, why don't you buy a drug calculation book to start to familiarize yourself with some of the formulas?
Thanks a lot. I am 16 and interested in nursing by the way. Do you know any good dosage calculation books?

I don't own this book personally, but I do have a few others in the "Made Incredibly Easy" series and I absolute love them (I highly recommend the Fluid & Electrolytes one when you start nursing school).
By the way, this is the workbook that goes along with the above book:

Specifically in Vancouver. I want to focus on just those as I'm bad at math.
