What kind of interview questions might they ask?

There are some great websites that have sample questions for the interviewer. Just google, "interview questions." You may get the usual, "Tell us about your past employment... Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Blah, blah, blah. Also depending on the facility, they may have an interview system that utilizes behavioral (sp) type questions. Examples: Tell me about how you created a safety policy, how you utilized it and what was the outcome. Give an example of a confrontation between you and a co-worker, how was the problem solved? These types of questions want you to tell a story. It shows how you can think on your feet and problem solve. This type of scenarios work well for our facility as for we can tell if we want them after asking only two questions. Best of luck!

Thanks for the response. I was expecting some questions like those, but they were very informal and down to earth, just wanting to know what I was interested in and where I was in my clinicals, I think i got the job, they want a letter of Recommendation from my instructor and my TB test results, so Yay. The way they were talking they want to keep me through tout school and train me as much as they can. So I am very very excited and hope it all works out!
