What should I be focusing on?

Hello. I just accepted an offer for an ICU Step Down unit nurse residency position. I have about two months before the position starts. I am studying for NCLEX about 3-4 hours a day and received a 99% likelihood of passing on ATI comprehensive predictor. I want to be as prepared as possible and use this time to gain some knowledge that might better prepare me for my job. What would you all recommend I focus on during this time? I am working on cardiac rhythms. Thank you
