What hospitals offer the highest amounts of tuition repayment/loan reimbursement?

Hello all!

I will be a new graduate nurse as of May 2009 and will be looking for work once I receive my license. I have incurred about $40k in student loans for this degree (BSN) and will be looking to work for a hospital that has a loan repayment program help to pay it back quickly. I want to know what anyone could tell me about hospitals anywhere in the country that offer at least $5k/yr in loan repayment for new graduate nurses. I have already found a hospital paying that much, and would like to expend my options and see if there is more somewhere else will offer.

I have already found the programs you have to apply for (like IHS, HRSA, the VA, and others) but I want a sure thing from a hospital that won't work me to death with their high patient-to-nurse ratios. That's why I have filtered my search to HR promotions from hospitals, and am no longer interested in those application type senarios and want a sure thing. I will also be looking for work in an area of the country that is family-friendly where my wife and I can settle down for a while and raise a family now that I can support them.
