What can I do with a MSN w/ a focus in public health

Hi all! I am considering pursuing my MSN with a focus in public health but am trying to determine what I could do career-wise with this degree? Would I primarily be looking at management type positions? Ideally, I would like to analyze community health needs and play a role in developing programs to address them or do something where I am working directly with patients. Are there any nurses out there in the public health field that can provide some guidance? TIA!
