Wellness

A couple questions here...

I've been a registered nurse for a little over a year now. I have experience working on MedSurg/PCU/TCU unit. I am thinking about moving to the ICU. For those who have gone from MedSurg to ICU, how was the transition? The units are just so different skill-wise that I'm worried about feeling so behind or needing a lot of help.

I'm also into nutrition and fitness and occupational health. I would love to be a wellness coordinator or something. Give health advice and do screenings or what not to clients. Sort of like a coach. I know I don't have enough experience yet to do RN Health Coaching. What kinds of places should I look for for a job like this? Corporations/businesses? Gyms? Thinking about doing school nursing as well on the side.

Thanks.
