Wellness Director RN

Hi, I'm interviewing for a position as a Wellness Director at a home for the mentally and physically disabled. While I have done research online about job descriptions of a wellness director, they are all very general and there's no real input from actual RN's.

I was wondering if anyone currently works/ has worked as a wellness director RN and can provide any feedback on what their typical day looks like, how much of a supervisory role do you play on a daily basis, the ratio of clinical nursing to paperwork? Any personal experience stories would be helpful as well!
