Tweety glad you will still have the time off even if the vacation is cancelled

Stars hopefully at the next appointment they can get them adjusted right so the background sounds are less annoying

NJ22 it seems there is a lot of miscommunication in health care

Was another fairly good day at work, started to get a little crazy towards the middle of the day but things settled down again by the end.  After work did the grocery shopping, stopped at the library, and went for a walk.

Realizing that with regards to work I'm starting to become like my mother, a controlling perfectionist, which is causing a lot of undue stress. Something I need to change, though it will be hard, given how ingrained the habit is for me

Got some good news, as of today I've reached my weight loss goal.  Going to continue with the current diet a while and see if I can lose any more weight, though I will likely see diminishing returns.  Will ease up a bit once I hit a plateau

Nothing unusual going on today, have a Covid shot tonight as well as exercise

Will be cooler today, in the mid 70s

I have a doc's appt at 2:40 PM today, not with my regular guy, but with another doc at that practice; I believe I've seen her in a pinch before, when mine was not available for weeks; I think she is okay, so it doesn't bother me so much not being able to see my regular guy.

I will ask about the IBS-D. I don't know what she might suggest or if there is a med that would help. *I* know what would help: if I didn't have to be so glued in place with you-know-who. And it seems that though I have a lot more "help" than I did before....that doesn't seem to help ME with this corner I have painted myself into. But I can't think of an alternate right now because of my situation with no place, or time, of my own, or the financial wherewithal to make anything happen. 

But, since we all know all of that, I am going to stop posting for now. Have to get dressed and walk Tinker.
