Anyone else applied for Spring 2022 to Sugar Land location?

Application due 1st Wednesday of August so now it's the waiting game. I am a little anxious, but CNA course, and soon PATHO for Fall 2021 will keep me occupied until we hear back in October.

I think I had one b on the prerequisites and I am almost done with the BSN requirements which gave me extra points. I have a prior undergraduate degree. I am out of district and not taking any classes at wcjc so I didn’t get any other extra points (not military or in health care). My overall combined TEAS score for all 4 sections was low 90s. I was strongest in reading and math , lowest in grammar (I didn’t really review anything for that section since I knew it wouldn’t factor into their ranking).

What’s your plan for Spring?

Do you know anyone in the program?  I don’t know anyone that’s been through it & I’m trying to get a feel for how people like the program and the overall workload. I’ve been told to expect to be at campus from 8-4 every week day but not sure if that’s every semester and how much studying people do outside of the classroom.  I switched to online learning during Covid and have really loved the flexibility to take class on my own schedule and pace myself.

I was accepted too. My status changed as of yesterday from alternate to accepted. I am so excited. Anyone else get accepted?
