WBMC-Boca Raton, Florida-Tenet Healthcare

Hello everyone, 

Can anyone provide information about Tenet Healthcare's hiring process in South Florida? I was contacted by a "Tenet Recruiter"  from Dallas, Texas? Is that the process??????  It was a phone interview and recruiter advised that my information would be forwarded to the hiring manager at WBMC. However, I am still confused because I was expecting a recruiter from West Boca Medical Center's HR department to contact me, so wanted to know if anyone is familiar with Tenet's interview/hiring process? for South Florida specifically? I applied to several positions at West Boca Medical Center and very curious to know what to expect

Please help!!Any information will be highly appreciated.

That is correct. I applied to Delray Medical Center and the recruiter was not from Florida; she set up the interview for me, but I decided not to go through with the interview. The corporate offices usually house the recruiters and the in-hospital HR will handle hiring, just not finding the initial candidates. Best of luck!

Thank you. I appreciate your prompt feedback. I also applied to Delray Medical Center and decided not to go through with the second interview as well.. LOL, but the recruiter who contacted me called me from a Florida number, so am not sure if she was local, but I know she was not from Delray Medical's HR department. 

It's been 3 months since I passed my NCLEX and my job search has been so discouraging and the process of each hospital so different and unpredictable. Everytime I attempt to follow up with HR departments it is like hitting a brick wall. No call backs and this process of other recruiter involved is just frustrating because there is no point of contact.
