Want to work in women's health eventually in the NICU or L&D, I was offered two different jobs, what do I do?

I was offered a ICU position which I know would teach me so much and would allow me to have so much experience. I was also offered a postpartum position which will allow me to work with moms and babies and be able to learn more about them. I want to work in the women's health field in the NICU or L&D and I'm wondering which would benefit more or if it even matters which I pick? Pleas help need to anwser soon!
