Want to join study groups

I am an international nurse and got non comparable results on my nnas report .i want to join study groups online and in person here in Vancouver , British Columbia .the reason is that I study a lot but every time I do a quiz , I am again at 50% .

so , I think if there would be meet up groups , we can divide the content and then do a discussion , which can help us thoroughly understand the topic . Also, it would be a quicker way to prepare all subjects. And when everybody knows that they have to work for the group , then they will be motivated to do so , because group members will be waiting for them to present the topic.

I am going to do CLA and SLA , so I want somebody to prepare for these ones with me and then we can do these competencies together .

please give suggestions
