Good Afternoon Everyone!

I just moved to a new state and have been applying for jobs for the past 2 months. I am an RN, BSN with 1 year experience. I have also been going to Grand Rounds and trying to get connected with staff.

But...I have not received any responses from HR about the jobs I applied to. I am getting very tired of waiting and know that I can do these jobs well.

-So, what else can I do???

-Is it appropriate to actually go to the unit and ask to speak with the nurse manager (in a suit, with copies of my cv)??

Thank you all!!

No. It's not appropriate.

But it would probably be OK to show up that way at the Recruiter's Office. Say that you have been trying to get in touch with her and unable to ... so you came in to assure that your messages were getting through.
