HI everyone, I am thinking of joining VNA as per diem position in NJ. I just want to do wound care, no home care. Does anyone has any idea how VNA works. Do i have to be wound certified to join the company. I do have plenty of wound experience from my hospital job. What is the pay rate for rn? And usually how many visits i have to do in a day? Thank you

You could try calling around to your local VNA's and first of all see if there are any per diem positions. Then ask if they have positions for just wound care. It's a good place to start and there's no harm in a phone call.
