Visa screen

Hi I wanted to get some feedback from those of you who have applied for their visa screen through cgfns. I know it takes a couple of months to get it done but my school is in Michigan and they have sent out my transcript on Nov. 8th and it still says "waiting to be received" when I check it online. Is this the norm for them? Also the state of Michigan has sent out my license validation on Dec. 1st and still the same. I'm getting really worried because I have the interview of my dreams on Friday for a new grad program. It's only the intial interview, but there's portentially another interview in January and start dates are in Febuary. I know I still have time but I want to into the interview without the stress of wondering where my documents are. Can anyone share their experiences with this and hopefully put my mind at ease.
