NC nursing student interested in VA hospitals

Hey everyone!

I'm a nursing student in NC right now. I graduate in December with my BSN. My fiance and I will be moving to blacksburg, VA in a little over a year and I was wondering what the job outlook is for the area and which hospitals are recommended for that area? (by pay, turnover rate, work environment, management, etc.)

Any suggestions for VA are greatly appreciated! I don't know anything about that area! Also, what is the cost of living?

well im from NC but live in Va going on a little more then 2 yrs i plan on moving back to NC though in a yr or so. Well they pay more here but the cost of living is way much much more here then in NC. (thats why we moving back so we can settle and buy a home there).
