Virginia Beach area LVN/LPN jobs...need help!!

Thanks first for reading this, its going to be long.

I'm moving from El Paso, TX to Virginia Beach, VA to be with my boyfriend and go back to school. I am looking online for LPN jobs, and I'm trying to find something thats the right fit for me.

Most of my experience is supervisory/management experience. I am currently doing the job of an RN for the Army (DOD) as a Behavioral Health Nurse Case Manager for Redeployment, but have worked in Jails/Prisons as a Clinical Supervisor, Charge Nurse, I have worked in LTC as a Charge Nurse on a skilled hall and as an ADON, I have taught skills at an LPN Nursing and NA Program, also worked at a LTAC hospital on Med/Surg and step down ICU (trachs/vents)

I have made between 19-27/hr here, and I understand that LVN/LPN's have a more limited scope of practice and make less in that area.

Does anyone have any recommendations??

I am not opposed to working the floor again, either in hospital or LTC, but I just don't want it to look bad on my resume either, to go from a Nurse Management position to a staff position either.

I know I'm spoiled now, with working M-F 0730-1600 and holidays etc off, so its ok if you tell me that I won't find anything like that in the area, I just don't want to take too many steps down, as I am going to be going back for my RN/BSN and then NP.
