violated my ipn contract what now

I am under a current contract 5 yrs IPN......well .... I forgot to waste the medications and took them home..im in IPN for "Neurontin" legit no narcotics initially even had a prescription of narcotics but my urine test was clean...I literally am not a drug taker. But of course to keep license I did 2 months inpatient from IPN the first time...its about ruined my life. Could only find night shift at understaffed places......

Well I forgot to dispose of narcs after patient refused them...I swear I did not take these drugs basically left them in pocket exhausted....tried to call out had covid.. told come to work and mask up...short staffed of course. Patient refused meds... so busy you know the story...forgot to dispose and over a month later voila!! Im not working of course...what can I expect....already another evaluation...any opinions or ideas would be appreciated...I think its a scam the IPN has totally stressed me out..
