Viability of getting a job?

Hey you guys I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with West Coast University. I know that they are CCNE accredited, but have heard that this doesn't mean much because some hospitals straight up ignore private schools. If I were to get my BSN there without an RN or any experience in the medical field what would my chances of getting a job afterwards be? Should I take some time to get a CNA at least or maybe straight up wait to get into another RN program at a later date?
