UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Hey guys! I am starting this thread for the January 2026 Cohort at Ventura County Medical Center! The application was in October and interviews started last week and end Novemeber 19 I believe! Feel free to update on anything :)) Good luck!

I asked and they told me 3 weeks! I interviewed November 7, but that would mean  Thanksgiving so I am mentally preparing for 4 weeks!

I hope so! What unit are you aiming for? I put NICU peds and PICU. Any idea how that works since the interview didn't specify for which unit it was?

I put PICU and NICU too 🙂 and also adult ICU. yea im not super sure, I did ask how they match residents into units/mentors. and they said they consider personality and other factors. im not sure if there will be another round of interviews or not though

Nice!! Thank you for that info! They mentioned it was straight to decisions, so no more interviews, just a waiting game!

I did, not sure why but I imagine its for record keeping

They took my photo too! I believe it's so they can match the interview notes to your face, maybe he's with memory haha
