Vanguard University BSN

Has anyone attended vanguard university in Costa Mesa, Ca for their BSN? I am considering going there but I haven’t heard much about this school. I believe the BSN program is new but I’m wondering if anyone has gone there and how did they like it?

Also are you able to transfer a BSN from vanguard to a cal state or university for a MSN? 
 

And I haven’t seen any data on their NCLEX pass rates?? It’s not on the brn website
