Hello,
I am admitted to Vanderbilt University's RN pre-specialty program starting this fall. For those who have gone through the RN pre-specialty program, I was wondering how difficult it would be to carry on a full time job in the process. I recognize that the majority of the schooling is online it is in block format, but could anybody give me an idea of their experience in the RN pre-specialty program?
Thank you,

I did the RN Pre-Specialty program part-time while working full-time. It is intense and a ton of work. Many of my classmates worked full-time while completing the program full-time, but I know that there were times they really struggled to complete everything. Is it possible to do it? Yes, but be prepared to be extremely busy. If possible, I would work part-time if I were you.
Okay, thank you very much. I really appreciate your response. Was the majority of the work written papers?
There were a lot of papers, and also several group projects/presentations and postings on discussion boards.
Okay, Thank you for the insight!
