Vanderbilt, Rochester, or MGHIP??!! DE-MSN

Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to this site and was hoping to get some advice and feedback. I have been accepted into the DE-MSN program for the Psych-NP track at MGH Institute, University of Rochester, and I am currenlty waitlisted for Vanderbilt. It has been really tough trying to choose between these schools as I have heard great things about all of them. I will be moving from the West Coast and won't be bringng my car with me so a functional public transportation system is important to me. Boston has a very extensive public transportation system and the program is about $20K less than Rochester but cost of living is higher (rent is anywhere from 1 to 2K a month for a studio apartment). Rochester's MSN portion of the program is also online with some on-campus days. This worries me as I am more of a hands-on learner so I'm wondering if anyone has experience with online courses during nursing school. Is it tougher than in class or does it make it easier since you are not having to commute to campus? If anyone could answer my questions and weigh in with some feedback, I would really appreciate it! Thank you.
