Hello!
I applied to the regular CNM program and applied by the priority deadline. When I spoke to an admissions counselor she said we should know before Christmas... Although I have heard mixed things on other threads. It seems like the prespecialty entry could be the ones that hear early and everyone else in February. Did they tell you when you would receive a decision? I really love the program and am hoping for a yes too!
Hi everyone. It looks like admissions decisions for those of us who applied priority have gone out. I was accepted as of 20 minutes ago! Congratulations to everyone who applied! I was wondering if folks know if we'll hear about other departmental scholarships in the future? My School of Nursing funding is on the acceptance letter but I'm unclear on other potential funding.
I applied to the regular CNM program in January, after the priority deadline unfortunately. And I was waitlisted. Anyone know if there's an actual chance of me getting a spot in the program? Do Yale's program's results come out soon? Or any other schools? I'm hoping maybe someone that's committed to Vanderbilt's program may change to a different program if they get in to another great school!

Hi all, I applied to the Vanderbilt CNM post masters program for the 2024 start. I am an RN with Labor and Delivery experience, and will be completing my FNP in a few weeks, and am hoping to transition into the CNM role, and really hoping Vanderbilt is the path to do so. Anyone else apply, or have any insight on the program? So nervous waiting for a decision, because I LOVE that Vanderbilt has the ability to find preceptors for you. For my FNP, I had to find all my own preceptors, and I really didn't want to have to go through that again, but I am so passionate about becoming a midwife, I will if I have to, but again, hoping vandy is the key for me.
