Vancouver, BC LPN Advice?!!!

Hello all,

Please excuse me for not putting this thread in the right area.....this is my first post :)

I am considering a new career here in the area of Vancouver, BC and I would love to have some honest feedback. Thank you everyone in advance.

I wondering about schooling here in the Vancouver area for becoming an LPN. Where is best and why? Advantages/Disadvantages? VCC seems to have a huge waiting list but is this the best/only option?

How heavy was your school workload?

Could someone that works in the BC/Vancouver region give me an idea of wages here in the area for an LPN? What about benefits? What is the starting wage vs the potential? What does it depend on?

Is it difficult in the local area to find work as a LPN?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated specific to the local area (BC).
