I think one of them was:
Tell me about a time when you were on a team, what the goal of the team was, what your role was on the team, and tell us about a difficult team member on this team.
Obviously, my wording is probably way off. Basically two questions in one. I definitely had a story for myself working on a team, and how teamwork was used to reach a goal. Then I had another story about working with a difficult team member. There were about four questions, over zoom, with one other candidate. There were several nurse managers on as well. Very friendly and encouraging.

Hey ya'll,
I was selected for an interview at the Palo Alto VA Step program (Formerly VALOR)
I see some articles on here and reddit about VALOR but many of them are several years old and mostly not related to the actual interview questions. I know each VA runs it different but I wanted to ask those of you who participated in VALOR, what questions did they ask you during the interview?
Thank you !!
