Valencia College Summer 2021 traditional

Hello! I was wondering how many more people are waiting to hear back for the Summer semester at Valencia college. I applied at the end of July for Spring 2021 but got waitlisted.

I just applied after my grades for the fall posted. I read on the website that they are changing the curriculum for the fall.

I got waitlisted as well! I know that someone who applied in the beginning of April was accepted for the Spring 21. I applied in the end of April so I really hope I get in for the Summer...

Did you apply for daytime or night and weekend? Or both?

I applied at the end of July for Spring 2021 but got waitlisted. Hoping for the Summer term. I applied for both day and evening for the West campus.

Last year I heard back at the end of Feb around I think the 26th! You should hear super soon.

I’m curious if the current semester is still online or combined? What about clinicals? I also wonder if nursing students get the vaccine because of the potential exposure? Anyone has any info?

It is mainly online as a mixed mode (Zoom from 9-12 during weekdays)! And then Thursdays we go in person for 2 hours to learn labs. Clinical are still unknown for now. I’m in n1 and that’s what has happened so far ?

I reapply to the program during the first two weeks of July of last year. I got waitlisted which I expected as much. I'm hoping for this Summer as its a possibility. The end of February I believe that's when acceptance email will go out since last year I received my acceptance email around that time. Good luck to everyone in chasing their dreams of becoming a nurse!

Hey! I also applied in July! Hoping to get accepted this time as I got waitlisted for Spring. From the last forum, I saw that they accepted up to May for night and evening and April for traditional day.
