Hello, looking for nurses specializing in Revenue Utilization Review at the VA who have successfully written a Nurse 3 proficiency. Do you need to have a MSN to reach Nurse 3? Thanks for any advice!

Most VA won't give your nurse 3 without an MSN. I think you can ask your local npsb for resources to help you write it. I am a program manager so not really clinical like you and I focus my examples on how I'm improving the policies or employee safety or environment of care, just try to write examples of what your doing that impact the service line or hospital.
