Hello
I've worked at the VA for the past 4 years. I'm currently a BSN with 12 years of nursing experiencing. I'm a Nurse II Step 9 attempting to go to a Nurse III. Is it worth trying to write for a Nurse III? There are 5 dimensions that we must write for - Practice, Veteran/Patient Care, Leadership, Professional Development, Evidence-Based Practice. Would anyone be willing to share hints or tricks for writing a great proficiency to get to Nurse III? Thank you!
